Vodka Organic

Vodka is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts, such as molasses or sugarcane juice. Here's a general overview of the rum-making process:

Organic Ingredients Selection

Start with selecting organic grains like wheat, rye, or corn. These grains should be certified organic, meaning they're grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Mashing

Grains are ground or crushed and mixed with water to create a mash. Enzymes might be added to break down starches into sugars for fermentation.

Distillation

The fermented liquid undergoes distillation, typically through a column still or pot still. This process separates alcohol from water and other impurities, resulting in a high-proof alcohol. The distillation might occur multiple times to achieve the desired purity.

Filtration

The distilled alcohol is then filtered through activated charcoal or other organic materials to further remove impurities and create a smoother taste.

Dilution and Blending

The high-proof alcohol is diluted with purified water to reach the desired bottling strength. Blending might occur to ensure consistency in taste and quality across batches.

Vodka Organic in BULK

Our Vodka are available at a minimum of 1,000 litres IBC. ABV is between 40% – 70%. The exceptional taste of Polish vodka is attributed to the traditional grain from which it is made. Our Vodkas are made of natural grain ingredients of Polish origin, free of GMOs.

Bulk production of vodka involves machinery and equipment designed for high-capacity operations, allowing for efficient and consistent production on a much larger scale than small or artisanal distilleries. The entire process is closely monitored to maintain the quality and characteristics of the final product, even at higher volumes.
