Gin Organic

Gin is a spirit primarily made by distilling grain or malt and then flavoring it with juniper berries and other botanicals. Here's an overview of the gin-making process:

Base Spirit

Gin starts with a base spirit, often made from grains like barley, corn, wheat, or rye. This base spirit is typically produced through fermentation and distillation, resulting in a neutral alcohol.

Botanicals

Juniper berries are the key ingredient in gin, providing its characteristic flavor. Other botanicals, such as coriander, citrus peels, angelica root, cinnamon, licorice, or various herbs and spices, are also used to impart distinct flavors and aromas. These botanicals are carefully selected and measured for their specific qualities.

Distillation

The base spirit is distilled again in the presence of these botanicals to infuse their flavors. There are two primary methods:

Aging (optional)

Most gins are clear spirits and don't require aging. However, some distillers choose to age their gin in barrels for a short period to add complexity and color to the spirit.

Gin Organic in BULK

Our Gin are available at a minimum of 1,000 litres IBC. ABV is between 40% – 70% Gin is an inexhaustible source of novelties thanks to its compositional flexibility. Thus, distillers like to unearth unknown spices, local botanicals or with unique aromas, mix fresh fruit and essential oils…and they adapt to the issues of today’s society, including the preservation of the environment. And in recent years, if there is a sustainable method that has been very successful, it is organic.

Bulk production of rum involves machinery and equipment designed for high-capacity operations, allowing for efficient and consistent production on a much larger scale than small or artisanal distilleries. The entire process is closely monitored to maintain the quality and characteristics of the final product, even at higher volumes.
