Rum Organic

Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts, such as molasses or sugarcane juice. Here's a general overview of the rum-making process:

Fermentation

Sugarcane byproducts (molasses or sugarcane juice) are mixed with water and yeast to start fermentation. Yeast consumes the sugars, converting them into alcohol and producing a liquid called "wash" or "wine."

Distillation

The wash is distilled in large copper or stainless steel stills. Distillation involves heating the wash to separate alcohol from water and other compounds based on their boiling points. This process is typically done in multiple runs to achieve the desired alcohol concentration.

Aging

After distillation, the clear liquid (called "distillate" or "white rum") may be aged in wooden barrels, often oak barrels. Aging imparts flavor and color to the rum as it interacts with the wood, and it allows the spirit to mature and develop its characteristic taste profile.

Blending and Bottling

Once aged to the desired flavor profile, different batches of rum may be blended together to achieve consistency in taste. The blended rum is then filtered and bottled for distribution and sale.

Rum Organic in BULK

Our rums are available at a minimum of 1,000 litres IBC & in ISO Tank 24000 L. ABV is between 40% – 70%. We also can supply at original distillation strength of approx. 95.8% ABV. KG Organic supplies 3 kinds of rums. A a white rum at around 70% a 3 years & 8 Years Rum which is sweeter and ready to be bottled.

Bulk production of rum involves machinery and equipment designed for high-capacity operations, allowing for efficient and consistent production on a much larger scale than small or artisanal distilleries. The entire process is closely monitored to maintain the quality and characteristics of the final product, even at higher volumes.
